Job Details Job Location: APPLETON, WI 54914 Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 Base+Commission/year Renewal by Andersen is your locally owned premier window and door replacement company. We are seeking professional, driven, and goal-orientated Door to Door Marketers to support our sales department through residential lead generation and community outreach.

This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings, enjoy direct customer interaction, and are interested in developing transferable skills in sales, communication, and marketing. Lead Generator Representatives serve as key brand ambassadors for Renewal by Andersen and play an essential role in delivering a high-quality homeowner experience.

Acting as an appointment setter, you will engage homeowners in assigned residential communities through door-to-door canvassing, introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products and services, overcome objections, and schedule in-home appointments for our Design team. This role combines structured teamwork with individual accountability and offers an unlimited earning potential.

Pay: $18.00 hourly base to start PLUS uncapped performance bonuses

• Pay increases to base available as early as within your first 30 days, based on performance
• Typical annual earnings range from $60,000–$85,000
• Top performers earn $100,000+

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm

Location: Report daily to our Appleton, WI office and travel in a company vehicle to assigned neighborhoods
