Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a part-time Lead Generator / Customer Service associate to engage shoppers in retail settings and educate families on our whole home water systems. You will collect leads for the sales team and provide friendly, helpful service.

This role offers $20/hour base with commission and bonus opportunities, scheduling flexibility including weekends, and paid training in a family-owned company environment. You will stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Carroll Water is looking for enthusiastic Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives to represent our brand in big box retail locations.

You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole home water systems and gathering leads for our sales team.

What You'll Do:

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts
• Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.
