Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to engage with shoppers at retail locations and generate leads for the sales team. You will educate customers about cleaner, healthier water and provide excellent service with weekend availability.

Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service

$20/hour + Commission & Bonus Opportunities

Job Type: Part-Time (up to 30 hours/week)

Schedule: Includes weekends and occasional evenings

Carroll Water is looking for enthusiastic Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives to represent our brand in big box retail locations.

You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole home water systems and gathering leads for our sales team.

What You'll Do:

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts
• Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable starting conversations and generating interest in our services
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required)
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience a plus - but not required
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50lbs
