Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia and Roanoke is seeking an entry-level, field-based role that speaks with homeowners and schedules in-home consultations for our window and door services. The position is outdoor, active, and focused on meeting performance goals.

You will walk neighborhoods, introduce services, and book qualified appointments for the sales team, with earnings linked to performance. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

This is an entry level, field-based, people-facing role focused on speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team.

You'll work in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our window and door services, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home consultations for interested customers.
