Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia and Roanoke is seeking a motivated field-based role focused on speaking with homeowners and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team.

You will walk in residential neighborhoods, discuss window and door services, and track daily activity on a tablet. This position offers clear earnings potential with base pay and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk and talk to homeowners daily.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak with homeowners about window and door improvement projects.
• Schedule qualified in-home appointments for the sales team.
• Track appointments and daily activity using a tablet/iPad.
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the community.
