Job summary

Stay Cool HVAC in Florida LLC is seeking a Lead Generator to drive outreach and generate qualified HVAC leads in the Pompano Beach area. You’ll engage homeowners and businesses in-store and in the field, identify their needs, and set appointments for sales consultants and technicians.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in Florida’s climate. Training is provided for HVAC basics, and CRM data entry is part of the daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, canvassing, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort working outdoors in Florida's climate.
• Basic computer or mobile device skills for data entry and scheduling.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
