Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia and Roanoke is seeking an entry-level, field-based role to speak with homeowners and set appointments for our sales team. You'll walk in residential neighborhoods, introduce our window and door services, start conversations, and schedule in-home consultations.

This outdoor, active role rewards performance with a base pay of $20/hour plus bi-weekly bonuses, with typical annual earnings between $45,000 and $70,000; top performers can exceed $80,000.

This is a entry level, field-based, people-facing role focused on speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team.

You’ll work in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our window and door services, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home consultations for interested customers.
