Job summary

TIAA in Frisco, TX seeks a Generative AI Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise AI solutions, translating stakeholder needs into working systems and rapidly prototyping ideas for production.

You will combine hands-on engineering with enterprise navigation, mentor teams, and drive scalable AI deployments using cloud platforms (AWS), RAG architectures, and orchestration tools to create real business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production deployment practices.
• 3+ years of experience in AI technical products.
• Experience designing and developing AI solutions (generative AI and/or agentic AI).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Prototype AI proofs-of-concepts and iterate with feedback.
• Architect AI systems using cloud platforms, RAG architectures, vector databases and LLM orchestration tools.
• Navigate enterprise constraints to deliver AI at scale.
• Apply robust software engineering practices for reliability.
• Lead and mentor technical team members and stay updated on AI advances.
