The role requires deep hands‑on Python expertise, experience with modern AI frameworks, and cloud‑native, containerized deployments to deliver scalable enterprise AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, ML, or AI development experience.
• 2–5 years leading AI/ML/Data Science teams.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
• Experience building Multi‑Agent and Agentic AI solutions.
• Advanced Python programming skills.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Experience with LangChain and Hugging Face models.
• Experience with LlamaIndex and retrieval architectures.
• Docker and containerized deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise Generative AI solutions.
• Architect and deploy LLM applications for business use cases.
• Design and implement RAG frameworks for improved response quality.
• Develop and manage multi‑agent and Agentic AI systems for complex workflows.
• Build AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face; lead engineering teams.
• Develop scalable ML/DL solutions using Python and standard frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Deploy AI applications in Docker/containerized environments.
• Optimize model performance, inference, scalability, and ops.
• Establish AI development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
