Job summary

PTR Global in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Lead Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer for a 12-month contract with onsite interviews. You will build and enhance multi-agent orchestration platforms and develop enterprise-grade AI-powered applications, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

This role requires 5+ years in software engineering, 7+ years building enterprise web apps, and 2+ years creating Generative AI applications using modern agent

Qualifications

• 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Ensure technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.

• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.

Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.00/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
