Job summary

INA Solution in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI applications using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI agents. The ideal candidate will have strong Python and ML engineering skills with hands-on experience building production-ready AI solutions.

You will work on end-to-end AI deployments, integrate vector stores and retrieval evaluation, and collaborate with teams to scale AI capabilities across the organization.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI applications using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI agents. The ideal candidate will have strong Python and ML engineering skills with hands-on experience building production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python and software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and production AI applications.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval evaluation.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Agents SDK.
• Experience with PyTorch and/or Hugging Face.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of Snowflake/Databricks and Pinecone or similar vector stores.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud deployment, testing, security, and version control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
