Everforth Apex is seeking a Lead Generative AI Engineer in Columbus, OH on-site to design and build multi-agent orchestration platforms and AI-powered automation.

You will lead enterprise-grade web applications using Python, Java, JS/TS, React, Next.js, and Tailwind, focusing on scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise web development and 2+ years with Generative AI, with compensation at $69-$72 per hour on W2.

Qualifications

• 7+ years creating enterprise web apps.
• 2+ years building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with OpenAI agent frameworks and LangChain.
• Design of agent-based workflows and automation.
• Experience with scalable, secure enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Consult on and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale software engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
