Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer in Columbus, OH for an onsite, 12-month contract. You will design and deliver multi-agent orchestration platforms and AI-powered enterprise apps using Python, Java, TypeScript, and React.js.

Lead efforts across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure scalable, secure solutions with rapid prototyping and strong performance. This role requires 7+ years of enterprise web app experience and 2+ years with Generative AI.

Job Title: Senior Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Contract Length: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $69/hr - $72/hr on W2

Role Overview

In this role, you will consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact. You will join a team building the future of enterprise AI, designing and developing multi-agent orchestration platforms and intelligent automation solutions. This position involves working at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications. 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.

Technical Skills: Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap. Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies. Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Other: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
