Job summary

Your Home Improvement Company is seeking a Rockstar Lead Generation Supervisor to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting our brand at area events in a large metro market.

You and your crew will generate new prospective customers in promotional booths at events, fairs, and festivals, researching and booking opportunities, training staff, and tracking department performance, with travel covered by the company.

Qualifications

• Able to self-motivate, problem solve, and lead a team to success.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office / Office 365; marketing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads that generate sales for our home improvement products at malls, events, and shows throughout your territory.
• Research, book, and negotiate these events you and your crew will be working.
• Build, train, manage, and lead your team of Lead Generators.
• Ensure promotional booths are safely set-up and removed before and after every event.
• Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.

Looking for a Rockstar team-leader ready to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting Your Home Improvement Company’s brand at area events in our large metro market!

We’ll give you the tools to build your own Lead Generation Department in one of our markets! You and your team of Lead Generators will be responsible to generate new prospective customers in promotional booths at the metro and surrounding area events, fairs, and festivals everybody's talking about!
