Job summary

Smartbridge Konnexions Pvt Ltd, a work-from-home opportunity, seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospects, research markets, and drive outbound outreach. You will coordinate with remote teams, handle initial customer interactions, and support post-sale activities to nurture partnerships.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years in chat/email/voice processes, plus familiarity with AI tools and strong communication, including Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with 6 months-2 years of Experience in Chat/ Email/ Voice process.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, and Perplexity AI is preferred.
• Candidates with good communication & written skills.
• MS Office (proficiency esp MS Excel) would be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with internet and outreach tools such as Lemlist, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads by identifying potential prospects through web research, business directories, and outreach campaigns and sending First Level Propositions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant commercial and technical information.
• Coordinate with remote sales teams and counterparts from initiation to execution of documentation and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in resolving preliminary technical issues and actively contribute to post-sales support and relationship management with existing channel partners.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Job Mode: Work From Home

Salary: Rs. 16,500/- per month

(Base: 15,000/- per month + Allowances: 1500/-)

Timings: 11 am to 8.30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Week offs: Saturday & Sunday are fixed week offs
