Job summary

FABR GLOBAL seeks a Lead/General Superintendent to lead all field operations on a complex, $200m site development project based in VA. You will oversee site preparation and infrastructure, directing a team of four Superintendents to assure safety, schedule adherence, and precise execution.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will champion a self-perform environment, optimize internal equipment fleet utilization, and bridge site-work with corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• Heavy civil expertise directing large-scale site preparation, heavy earthworks, paving, and asphalt crews.
• Experience leading field operations on high-value, complex site developments, typically $100m+ projects.
• Proven ability to mentor and oversee multiple Superintendents (4 on this project).
• Experience in self-performing environments with internal equipment fleets.
• Accountability for field logistics, schedule adherence, and quality control, bridging site and VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations for a $200m mission-critical project in VA.
• Oversee site preparation, infrastructure phase, and coordination with subcontractors as needed.
• Lead a team of four Superintendents to ensure safety, schedule, and exact specifications.
• Maintain self-perform efficiency and equipment fleet utilization.
• Report progress and risks to the VP of Operations.
