Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years experience in at least 2 of: framing, concrete, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, welding, drywall, stucco, masonry, roofing.
• Trade, OSHA, and equipment certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License with no DUI/DWI in past five years.
• Ability to use various construction, power, and hand tools; possesses necessary tools.
• Knowledge of construction materials and safety practices.
• Self-starter able to work unsupervised.
• Good communication skills; safety-conscious.
• Proficient with technology and basic devices.
• Transportation is required to transport materials and tools to worksites.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance duties and supervise assigned jobs.
• Coordinate activities of maintenance technicians; order materials and outline responsibilities.
• Read technical data and specifications; perform repairs and installations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders.
• Procure and deliver materials; maintain on-site safety and cleanliness.
• Record time and expenses in ProTec Connect Daily.
• Report field observations and job statuses to management.
