Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an General Assembly Operator/Trainer in Lowell, MI to lead training for the Pedestals, Assembly, and Bench departments. You will develop new hires, temps, and cross-trained staff, reinforcing 5S, safety rules, and production timing.

You will help ensure cells are stocked, support setup tasks, and communicate metrics across teams. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to ISO/QMS standards within an on-site environment in Lowell.

Qualifications

• Proficient in leading training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Assembly, Pedestals, and Bench training activities.
• Train new hires, temps and cross-train staff on manufacturing techniques.
• Record labor and explain production rates; ensure cells are stocked.
• Assist with setup across product families and escalate issues.
• Communicate company metrics and uphold ISO/QMS standards.
