This position has a lot of leadership and communication between operators, other trainers, and other departments. **At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.**Essential Functions:* Responsibilities as defined for General Assembly Operator* Train newly hired, temporary, and crosstraining employees, in proper manufacturing techniques as detailed in DWIs.* Understand and train employees of floor layout (5S).* Be knowledgeable, practice and re-inforce safety rules and guidelines.* Be capable of properly recording labor and explaining how to understand production rates.* Work with Operators and Production Pickers to ensure cells are fully stocked with parts to complete production orders* Be able to perform set up functions in all product families, including 1st piece where required* Assist Operators who are having problems and call in outside help where needed* Have an understanding of ISO requirements and our Quality Management System* Have an understanding and communicate company metrics. **Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable.
