Brunswick in Lowell, MI is hiring a General Assembly Operator to rotate through cells in the Manufacturing team, maintain safe, clean work areas, and keep production records. You will follow instructions, operate equipment, use hand tools, and occasionally fill in as CNC or Weld operator.

The role requires 1–3 years of general work experience and a high school diploma. Brunswick offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path for growth; shift is 2nd shift 2pm–12:30am; pay is around $20.47

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience.
• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience in ISO, Lean, Six Sigma or 5S is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Rotate through multiple production cells.
• Occasionally fill in as operator in CNC and Weld.
• Use hand tools, fixtures and test equipment.
• Visually inspect production run and document results.
• Maintain cleanliness and report malfunctions.
• Support departmental improvement projects.
