Expected to perform quality checks, train others as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and adhering to ISO/Lean standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or precision assembly experience.
• Ability to operate technical and precision manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery and ensure production materials are available.
• Operate and monitor equipment, replenish materials as needed.
• Perform quality checks and document findings.
