Job summary

Windows USA seeks a Marketing Director, Lead Generation to own and scale multi-channel lead generation programs that drive qualified homeowner leads, appointments, and installed revenue. The role oversees Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic SEO, Email/SMS nurture, landing pages, and lead capture experiences, with growth into TV and other media.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of performance marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
Three or more years leading marketing teams, agencies, or multi-channel programs.
Experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets and connecting investments to revenue outcomes.
Strong experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, marketing analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the lead generation strategy for Windows USA across digital channels.
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly lead generation plans aligned with revenue goals.
Allocate budgets across channels to maximize installed sales and ROI.
Test, measure, and optimize channel performance for lead quality and efficiency.
Oversee agency partners and vendor relationships; coach cross-functional teams.
