Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in gearbox and gear design.
• Proficiency in gear tooth strength and bearing life calculations.
• Experience with tolerance stack-ups and assembly techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of transmissions and gearboxes from concept to production.
• Collaborate with engineering and customers for gearbox specifications.
• Define testing requirements and oversee gearbox test programs.
