Job summary

2K Games, Inc. seeks a Lead Designer to shape the future of online multiplayer experiences. As a key leader on a major gameplay pillar, you will guide design objectives, align disciplines, and ensure rigorous implementation across the project.

You will manage designers, drive sprint milestones, and advocate for robust, market-ready systems. This role requires deep multiplayer expertise and a collaborative, coaching mindset, within a AAA development environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional game design experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience shaping live-service games or major live-service systems.
• Proven track record designing multiplayer features across systems such as modes, economy, progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead a feature team; set scope, objectives and milestones.
• Mentor and manage designers; provide growth-focused feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align work, tradeoffs and dependencies.
• Maintain high-level design standards and in-engine scripting practices.
