Job summary

Cadogan Tate Chicago is seeking a Driver to support the safe transportation, packing, and installation of high-value furniture and artwork. You will report to the Operations Manager and work under the Project Coordinator to ensure client satisfaction and project efficiency.

The role requires a high level of professionalism, physical ability, and strong communication with clients and team members. Training and guidance will be provided to handle, move, and install items per company protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in moving, packing, delivery, or installations.
• Customer service and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and relay project and installation information to the team.
• Provide leadership and contribute to operations meetings.
• Prepare and maintain documentation: BOLs, Invoices, forms.
• Track time, tools, and materials for invoicing.
• Tag, photograph, measure, inventory, and consolidate items for transport.
• Train team members in handling, moving, packing, and installing.
• Ensure safe handling of client property per company protocols.
• Identify and solve problems during installations and moves.
