The Staff Pad in Carbondale, CO is seeking a dependable Driver responsible for safe transportation, packing, and installation of high-value furniture and artwork at client sites.

You will lead with precision and teamwork in a fast-paced operations environment, handle documentation such as BOLs and invoices, maintain equipment, and travel between client locations as needed. This role offers full-time hours, required travel up to 25%, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in moving, packing, delivery, installation, or a related field.
• Previous customer service and leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
• Valid Driver's license with currentproof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and relay all company, projectand installation-related information with team members

What We Are Looking For

Education, Experience & Skills:

What You Can Expect

Work Schedule

• Full-time schedule, typically 40hours per week
• Hours generally fall between 7:00AM and 7:00 PM based on operational needs
• Occasional overtime, weekend work,and travel required (up to 25%, including overnight and out-of-stateassignments)

Sign-On Bonus

The employee will be eligible for a sign-on bonus totaling$1,000, payable as follows:

• $250will be paid after the successful completion of the employee's firstfive (5) full working days.
• $750will be paid upon the successful completion ofninety (90) days of continuous employment.

To qualify for the sign-on bonus payments, the employee must:

• Remain actively employed through each payout date.
• Maintain satisfactory job performance.
• Have noNo Call/No Showoccurrences during the first ninety (90) days of employment.
