The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced driver for its Dallas, TX location to safely transport, deliver, pack and install high-value furniture and artwork. You will lead field operations, coordinate with the team, and ensure precise handling throughout installations and relocations.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of commercial driving, familiarity with fine art transport, and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–3 years of commercial driving experience.
  • Familiarity with fine art transportation and climate-controlled vehicles.
  • Experience in moving, packing, delivery, installation, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license with current proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and relay all company, project and installation-related information with team members.
  • Provide leadership and actively participate in team meetings focused on operations, planning and performance goals.
  • Prepare, maintain and manage documentation including Condition Reports, BOLs, Supply Lists, ADV Forms, Invoices and Matrix Sheets.
  • Track labor hours, tools and materials to support accurate job costing and invoicing.
  • Tag, photograph, measure, inventory and consolidate items for secure storage and transportation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization and readiness of trucks, equipment and installation kits.
  • Safely operate all required tools, equipment and machinery.
  • Train, mentor and cross-train team members on furniture and artwork handling, packing, moving, installation, safety and damage-prevention practices.
  • Ensure all client property is handled and transported to standards and best practices.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve challenges during installations and relocations.
  • Adhere to safe driving practices and maintain Driver Safety Standards.

The Staff Pad is partnering with a global leader infine art logistics and looking to hire a dependable, experienced and skilledDriver responsible for the safe transportation, delivery, packing, andinstallation of high-value furniture and artwork at their Dallas, TX location.

Schedule
  • Full-Time(typically 40 hours per week) | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (based on operationalneeds)
  • Occasionalovertime, weekends, and travel up to 25%, including overnight andout-of-state assignments
What You’ll Do

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
  • Highschool diploma or GED required
  • 2–3years of commercial driving experience operating 16- to 26-foot straighttrucks
  • Familiaritywith fine art transportation and climate-controlled vehicles
  • Experiencein moving, packing, delivery, installation, or a related field
  • Previouscustomer service experience preferred
  • ValidDriver's license with current proof of insurance required
