Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to shape and ship frontend and cloud-based systems for an AI-driven platform. You’ll own features end-to-end, design scalable frontend services, and contribute to architecture in a fast-moving, product-led environment.

You’ll work with React, AWS, and modern tooling to build distributed systems, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows, with a strong emphasis on ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

We’re working with a fast-growing, product-led technology company building an AI-driven telephony platform for voice transcription.

They are looking for a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to help design and build scalable frontend systems, while also contributing to architecture and engineering direction within a small, high-performing team.

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership - ideal for engineers who enjoy building and shipping production systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building scalable frontend services (React) and APIs
• Working with cloud-native infrastructure (primarily AWS)
• Developing microservices and event-driven systems
• Contributing to AI‑enabled workflows and automation
• Improving CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
• Collaborating with product and leadership on technical decisions
