Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluency with AI-forward software development workflows using LLMs, agents, or AI coding tools.

About the Role

Our client is hiring a Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale core product features across the platform.

This is a high-ownership engineering role for someone who can take ambiguous product requirements, break them down, design a clean solution, ship production-quality code, and own the feature through launch, monitoring, and iteration.

The team works AI-first. Engineers are expected to use LLMs, coding agents, and AI-assisted workflows to move quickly without sacrificing quality, reliability, or long-term maintainability.

• Testing, monitoring, observability, and reliability

Technical Environment

Relevant technologies include: Go, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, Redit, Temporal Workflows, React, Tailwind, Next.js, GraphQL, LLMs and AI Agents.

Experience with every tool is not required. Strong engineering fundamentals, product ownership, and AI-native development ability matter more than exact stack match.
