Preferred candidates are in the Denver metro area due to the five-day onsite requirement, with collaboration at AIR's Denver headquarters. Strong cloud, security, and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10–12+ years of professional full-stack development with C#/.NET.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs.
• Relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres) and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational databases ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns.
• Develop responsive UIs with React and modern front-end patterns.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and establish coding standards.
