Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack .NET Lead Developer to drive development of consumer web, mobile, and API applications, primarily using C#, .NET Core, React, Next.js, and Azure.

You will lead architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and own CI/CD pipelines in a cloud-first environment, with opportunities to shape the modernization of our commercial software stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years web development in .NET stack and frontend tech.
• Experience as solution architect or technical lead.
• Strong React, Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, HTML/CSS skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer-facing web, mobile, and API apps.
• Lead design reviews and code reviews in an agile team.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across environments.
• Mentor junior team members and guide architectural decisions.
• Define and uphold cloud architecture standards and security policies.
