AIR Communities in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Lead Full‑Stack Engineer to join our data team. You will design scalable applications using .NET and modern front‑end frameworks, and lead the development of RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with front‑end applications.

The role requires 10–12+ years of full‑stack experience with C# and .NET, React.js, cloud deployment, and a focus on secure, high‑performance software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• 10–12+ years of full-stack development with C# and .NET.
• Expertise with ASP.NET Core, EF, and RESTful APIs.
• Relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres) and SQL queries.
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• DevOps mindset with CI/CD and Git.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and security practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices for frontend integration.
• Work with relational databases ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns.
• Develop responsive UI with React.js and modern frontend patterns.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into components.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components end-to-end.
• Diagnose issues and maintain application reliability.
• Write clean, documented code aligning with best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Partner with product, UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver features on time.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish coding standards.
• Evaluate new tools and architectures for scalability and security.
