AIR Communities is a Denver-based multifamily real estate operator seeking a Lead Full‑Stack Engineer to join our data team. You will design and deliver scalable applications using .NET on the backend and React on the frontend to empower our property management and analytics platforms.

This in‑office role requires 5 days onsite at our Denver headquarters in the Denver Tech Center, with collaboration across product, UX, QA and DevOps to ship reliable, secure software that scales with our growth.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of professional full-stack development experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
• Relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres) and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Experience with modern front-end build tools and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for frontend integration.
• Work with relational databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions on architecture.
