Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing and scaling cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, and EC2.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or AWS Aurora.
• Experience with modern API development and application architecture.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing Software Engineers.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review processes.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120k - $140k Annually

Position Overview:

This Lead Full Stack Software Engineer role is a hands‑on technical leadership position focused on designing, developing, and scaling enterprise SaaS applications using Python, Node.js, React, and AWS. The ideal candidate has a strong full-stack engineering background, experience leading Development teams, and expertise in cloud-based application architecture. The role also involves integrating emerging AI technologies into existing products and engineering workflows.

• Experience migrating applications toward serverless architectures.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
