Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Solution Architecture: Own application architecture and technical design decisions — scalability, security, integration patterns, and long-term maintainability.
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Node.js, and modern development frameworks.
• Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and business logic using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js.
• API Integration: Design and oversee integration with external/third-party REST APIs, ensuring reliable, secure data exchange.
• Database Management: Design, develop, and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Guide cloud architecture and deployment decisions, balancing scalability, cost, and operational simplicity.
• Security: Embed authentication, authorization, and data-protection practices into the architecture.
• Code Quality: Ensure clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code through reviews, testing, and standards.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate with product managers, analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver on time.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools; lead team in adopting best practices.
