Job summary

First Soft Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer to drive architecture and hands-on development using React.js and Node.js. You will lead engineering, guide best practices, and deliver scalable, secure web applications.

You will collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and help optimize performance and reliability across the stack.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state-management frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser fundamentals.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Proficient in frontend and application performance optimization.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest, RTL, Cypress.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
