Job summary

One Oak Flow is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer to build high-performance ReactJS/NextJS apps for our Scottsdale team. You will architect scalable UI components with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.

You’ll integrate data from MongoDB and REST/SOAP APIs, optimize frontend performance, mentor juniors, and automate workflows with GitHub Actions. Occasional WordPress updates may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong ReactJS expertise with hooks, state management, and profiling.
• Experience with NextJS, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience integrating data from APIs (REST & SOAP) and MongoDB.
• Ability to lead projects in an Agile environment.
• Bonus: Jest and automation tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design and development of high-performance ReactJS/NextJS web applications
• Architect scalable, component-based UI systems with Tailwind CSS and TypeScript
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, designers, and product managers
• Integrate data from diverse sources including MongoDB, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs
• Evaluate and implement frontend best practices and performance optimizations
• Contribute to light WordPress content updates and minor edits as needed
• Identify and automate repetitive workflows with tooling and scripts
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high code quality and performance across the stack
