Job summary

Litmus7 seeks a seasoned Senior Developer with deep Next.js and React expertise to lead design and delivery of high-performance web apps. This hands-on role combines strong front-end skills with headless platform development and optimization of digital experiences.

The developer will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with design, product, and content teams, and champion engineering best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• 3+ years with React and Next.js in production.
• Experience with headless architectures (CMS and/or e‑commerce).
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO and interest in AEO for AI-driven search.
• Experience with performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and modern tooling.
• This is a full-time, in-office role at client location.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of high-performance web apps using Next.js/React.
• Architect and integrate front-end with headless CMS and backends.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to deliver fast, accessible experiences.
