Job summary

One Oak Flow is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer to build high-performance ReactJS/NextJS apps for our Scottsdale team. You will architect scalable UI components with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.

You’ll integrate data from MongoDB and REST/SOAP APIs, optimize frontend performance, mentor juniors, and automate workflows with GitHub Actions. Occasional WordPress updates may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong ReactJS expertise with hooks, state management, and profiling.
• Experience with NextJS, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience integrating data from APIs (REST & SOAP) and MongoDB.
• Ability to lead projects in an Agile environment.
• Bonus: Jest and automation tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design and development of high-performance ReactJS/NextJS web applications

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high code quality and performance across the stack

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, with in-depth knowledge of hooks, state management, and performance profiling
• Solid hands‑on experience with NextJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience integrating and handling data from APIs (REST & SOAP)
• Familiarity with MongoDB and server‑side rendering concepts
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate in agile environments
• Bonus: experience with unit testing (Jest) and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, custom scripts)
