Job summary

Blank Slate is building the next generation of systems to help teams move faster, think better, and operate at scale. We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can own our product end-to-end: from the data pipeline and adaptive algorithms on the backend to the learner and manager experiences on the frontend.

You’ll join a hands-on team with a clear leadership trajectory, contributing to architecture and features day to day and participating in product and business decisions from day one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full stack engineering experience, with depth in at least one backend language and one frontend framework.
• Built and shipped production SaaS products with end-to-end lifecycle (DB design, API, deployment, monitoring).
• Experience with data-intensive applications, analytics pipelines, or ML model integration.

Responsibilities

• Own full stack development of the adaptive learning platform from backend data pipelines to frontend learner/manager experiences.
• Collaborate with data science on ML engines and databases facing growing regional volumes.
• Implement SSO integrations, data export pipelines (flat files and API), and LMS interoperability for enterprise clients.
