You will work across frontend, backend and data contexts, mentor peers, and contribute to roadmap planning. The role emphasizes collaboration, performance, and leveraging AI coding tools in the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of web technologies using TypeScript with React on the frontend and backend experience in Java, Kotlin, Python or Go.
• Product mindset with a focus on building platform services.
• Proficient in systems software and AI coding tools across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Introduce cutting edge technologies to the engineering organization, including LLM-based tools.
• Build new features for Developer Insights (Backstage.io).
• Improve developer experience for all engineers and collaborate across teams.
