Job summary

Creative Artists Agency in Nashville is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer Lead/Manager. You will write code, lead an agile team of 3–5 developers, and mentor others while collaborating with product management on new features.

You’ll work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and cloud services, delivering high-quality web apps with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a full stack developer or similar role.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Strong backend knowledge in Node.js/Express, Django, or Rails.
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalents.
• Experience with large SPA and complex state management.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
• Proven unit/integration testing with Jest, Cypress or similar.
• Experience leading a team and performing code reviews.
• Experience with Git and RESTful APIs; cloud exposure a plus.
