Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS, engineering, or related field.
2+ years in a lead or senior full stack engineering role.
Hands-on with React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and delivery of full stack apps using React, Next.js, TS, C#, PostgreSQL.
Architect scalable, secure solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs.
Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and processes.
Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and guidance.
Drive technical decisions for architecture, API design, and data modeling.
Optimize performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience.
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and deployment strategies.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operations.
Contribute to roadmap planning, estimation, and delivery execution.
