Better Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture and development of scalable enterprise applications. You will work with a elite team of designers and AI specialists to deliver impactful features.

You will architect, build, and maintain scalable web apps using Next.js, React, and Node.js, while collaborating across teams to ship new features and optimize performance. Mentorship and code reviews are a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Deep understanding of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind).
• Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a product-minded approach.
