Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced senior full-stack engineer to lead end-to-end solutions across multiple initiatives. You will shape architectures, drive API and database decisions, and establish reliable, scalable practices with automation and CI/CD.

You will mentor engineers, review code, and collaborate with partners to ensure delivery excellence while maintaining high standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in software or systems engineering.
• Cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, DevOps certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads advanced full-stack engineering methods, frameworks, and standards to deliver complex end-to-end solutions.
• Analyzes requirements and constraints to shape solution approaches for delivery, risk, and performance.
• Communicates architectural options, API design decisions, and database considerations to stakeholders.
• Guides key full-stack engineering areas and drives aligned delivery across teams.
• Improves processes with automation, CI/CD pipelines, API standards, and operating methods.
• Mentors full-stack engineers and strengthens code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Monitors outcomes, risks, performance signals, and integration health across initiatives.
