Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Lead Member of Technical Staff to design, build, and own full‑stack product capabilities for internal AI‑assisted engineering tools.

You will shape architecture, drive delivery, and deliver secure, high‑quality code used by thousands of Salesforce engineers daily. You will define technical direction, establish telemetry and reliability, and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to align priorities and feasibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and building production software.
• Strong programming across frontend, backend, APIs, data stores, and distributed systems.
• Experience turning ambiguous requirements into design, testing, rollout, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of cross-cutting developer‑productivity capabilities.
• Build backend APIs, data models, ingestion flows, dashboards and UX.
• Set technical direction and define test strategies and delivery plans.
• Establish telemetry, SLIs/SLOs, and rollout strategies with incident handling as needed.
