Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to join the AI Trust and Governance team within the Office of the CEO.

You will provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platform innovation, and large-scale distributed systems. You will collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and platform partners to design scalable cloud-native services powering Salesforce's AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science.
• 4+ years in system or database internals programming.
• 4+ years technical leadership in architecture and design.
• Experience with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
• Strong Java or C programming skills.

• Design and lead scalable, cloud-native services.
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction.
