Job summary

First Soft Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js to lead application design and development. The role includes providing technical guidance to the engineering team and building scalable, secure, high-performance web applications.

You will lead full-stack development, design REST APIs and microservices, set architecture standards, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

Experience leading full-stack development with React.js and Node.js.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and RESTful API design.
Experience with CI/CD, testing tools, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.
Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Perform code reviews and mentor software engineers.
Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, estimations, and architecture reviews.
Support automated testing and CI/CD practices.
