Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Experience leading or owning technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Experience managing or closely partnering with third-party development vendors/agencies.
• Background in guest-facing digital experiences (hospitality/retail) preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and microservices/serverless patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
• Review code and enforce engineering standards across in-house and vendor work.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and act as a technical resource.
• Coordinate with external agencies, manage vendor deliverables and release plans.
