This full-time role requires LTC pharmacy experience, state licensure as a Pharmacy Technician, and sharp problem-solving with attention to detail. You’ll collaborate with supervision to optimize workflow and maintain compliance.

Monitor both productivity and accuracy.* Participate in training the Fulfillment staff to ensure Fulfillment technicians are fully trained on assigned workflow area and processes within established time period.* Serve as subject matter expert and departmental resource in the majority of fulfillment workflows.* In coordination with Director of Operations, provide input on performance evaluations.* Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication available to complete all orders.* Assist in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, including removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles, assisting in physical inventory, and keeping inventory neat and arranged in-order.* Consistently exceed pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.* Lead by example in all areas of role and supporting the non-negotiable attributes; attitude, dependability, commitment, productivity, efficiency, and upholding policies, and procedures* Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.* Maintain clean and orderly workstation.
